Nimmer offers each candidate for a given office, 15 minutes of on-camera time to give the viewers their tour of their area. The tour starts with cameraman Nimmer knocking on candidate’s door with his camera recording and the rest of the tour and dialogue is up to the candidate. The candidates decide when to begin and end each scene and the material is unedited. All the candidates’ segments are broadcast end-to-end on government access channels. (1995 – present)
