Nimmer created a platform (and TV Show)  for a multi-generational playtime.  It uses karaoke music to connect the generations.  Young kids are encouraged to sing songs like the ABCs. Adults sing Sinatra to Beyonce. It creates a fun, all ages atmosphere of people performing, and encouraging each other.
